Cancellation Policy
All appointments must be booked in advance. Last minute bookings may be accepted based on availability. A non-refundable deposit of £20 is required to secure your appointment. Please arrive on time - clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will automatically be considered as a no show. Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 48 hours’ notice and no shows will result in a loss of the deposit. Patch tests are not compulsory, but if desired, please booked separately 48hrs ahead of any treatments. For safety and relaxation, we kindly ask that you do not bring any guests to your appointment. Clients must arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes to ensure proper adhesion of the extensions. Please inform me of any allergies, eye conditions, or recent eye surgeries prior to your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service if a client presents signs of infection, irritation, or other contraindications. No caffeine or energy drinks before your appointment to minimise eyes twitching. Remove contact lenses prior to your appointment. Appointments will require you to be laying down, therefore dress comfortably.
