BOOKING & APPOINTMENTS

All appointments must be booked in advance. Last minute bookings may be accepted based on availability.
A non-refundable deposit of £20 is required to secure your appointment.
Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and will forfeit their deposit.
Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 48 hours’ notice and no shows will result in a loss of the deposit.
For safety and relaxation, we kindly ask that you do not bring any guests to your appointment.
Clients must be above the age 16.

Clients must arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes to ensure proper adhesion of the extensions.
Please inform me of any allergies, eye conditions, or recent eye surgeries prior to your appointment.
We reserve the right to refuse service if a client presents signs of infection, irritation, or other contraindications.
No caffeine or energy drinks before your appointment to minimise eyes twitching.
Remove contact lenses prior to your appointment.
Appointments will require you to be laying down, therefore dress comfortably.

To maximize the longevity of your lashes:

Infill appointments must be booked within 4 weeks of your initial set to maintain the best results.
Infills must be for lashes that were applied here.
Clients with less than 40% of their extensions remaining will be charged for a full set.
Lash retention varies based on lifestyle, aftercare, and individual natural lash cycles.

Complimentary removal is available if you are a regular client having a new full set applied in the same appointment.
Removals of lashes applied elsewhere ("foreign sets") will incur the charge of a removal.
Lash removals usually take 20-40 minutes depending on lash health and adhesive used.
Self-removal is not recommended as it can cause lash damage.
